There was a time, a time not prolonged ago, when there were no condominiums, no co-ops and no time-share properties. Back in my day there was no judgment of an unit building where everybody in it owned their possess chateau and common a drift of a building commonly. About 40 years ago, few people could suppose shopping a chateau that was anything other than a house.

Today there are people shopping condominium homes who have no thought that this kind of property was unheard of by their relatives not so prolonged ago.

Coast Realty Group in Nanaimo, B.C. announced a three-year, $30,000 joining to Habitat for Humanity Mid-Vancouver Island (HFHMVI) – Raise a Roof. The supports will go towards building roofs on 3 HFHMVI duplexes in a subsequent 3 years, that will commission 6 families with home ownership.

The supports for Raise a Roof are generated by donations from tighten to 100 Coast Realty Group – Nanaimo Realtors who minister to a gift fund. Money will also be lifted by several events via a year.
