Better Homes and Gardens expands to Western Canada

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Canada (BHGREC), recently stretched to embody 11 offices in Alberta and Saskatchewan. The association combined 7 Alberta-based and 4 Saskatchewan-based Signature Service Real Estate offices to a brand.

“The Western Canadian real estate marketplace is singly diverse,” says Rob Vanden Broek, boss of BHGREC. “I grew adult in Alberta and know how sundry a real estate needs are in this segment of Canada. We see an implausible event to try civic and farming real estate services in Alberta and we’re vehement to build on a clever and colourful connectors to those communities that Signature Service Real Estate has built.”

Vanden Broek says: “There’s a bent for a vast brands to disremember these communities. They paint a clever event for us since of a capability they offer on a per representative basis.”

The 4 offices in Saskatchewan embody Moose Jaw, Weyburn, Swift Current and North Battleford. In Alberta, a offices are in Coaldale, Taber, Hanna, Medicine Hat, Wainwright, Lloydminster and Bow Island (home city of VandenBroek). All offices will now be underneath a ensign of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Signature Service.

Nelson Goulart, vice-president of network services for a company, says, “The economy is strong in Western Canada and consumers have a lust for a real estate code that embodies a significance of home and lifestyle.”

BHGREC launched in Canada final Oct in Ontario.

“We are saying extensive seductiveness in a code from seashore to coast,” says Vanden  Broek. “We are in opposite stages of negotiations, and we’ll have some-more announcements in a spring.”
