Kevin Beaudry
Industry maestro Kevin M. Beaudry has assimilated Avison Young’s brokerage operations in Mississauga, Ont. as a principal and comparison vice-president, focusing on corporate real estate advisory, essentially in a Greater Toronto Area west marketplace and Ottawa region. For a past 6 months, Beaudry worked with TrueNorth Real Estate Advisors in Mississauga. Prior to that, he was a 20-plus year maestro with DTZ Barnicke Limited.
Throughout his some-more than 20 years of knowledge in blurb real estate practice, Beaudry has specialized in a sale and leasing of bureau facilities, industrial properties, land and design-build projects opposite Canada. He has been concerned in some-more than 25 million block feet of bureau and industrial exchange opposite 35 municipalities, representing many vast internationally famous brands such as Nortel, Anixter, Ryder Logistics, Mitsubishi, Pratt Whitney, Smurfit-MBI, Campbell Soup, McKesson, Loblaws, Rogers, National Bank, MTS Allstream and a Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
Beaudry began his real estate career with J.J. Barnicke (now DTZ) in 1988 and is now a sitting boss of a Central Canadian Chapter of a Washington, DC-based Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
