The Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) announced a preference of Wayne McAlister as chair of legislature and Bill Buterman as chair elect.
McAlister is an associate attorney with Re/Max Landan Real Estate in Calgary. He entered a real estate attention in 1978 and went on to turn boss of a Calgary Real Estate Board in 1995 and boss of a Calgary Real Estate Board Charitable Foundation in 2004. In 2005 he perceived a board’s T.W.H. Saunders Award for loyalty to a real estate attention and a community.
Buterman is a first partner of Axcess Capital Advisors and debt attorney with Axcess Capital Partners in Calgary. He represents attention professionals who are not members of a Alberta Real Estate Association. Buterman has been directly concerned in Alberta’s real estate attention given 1980 and is a past techer and march developer in finance, real estate financial and credit during a several universities.
RECA is an independent, non-government agency, obliged for controlling genuine estate, debt attorney and real estate estimation attention professionals underneath Alberta’s Real Estate Act.
